Fork Yeah! Smokehouse started with a simple idea: make the kind of BBQ we’d be excited to bring home ourselves.

We’ve been married for 26 years, raised five kids, and now have seven grandkids keeping life plenty interesting. We moved to Temecula from Colorado in 2017 and quickly made this community home. Fork Yeah! grew from something we’ve always loved doing — cooking, feeding family and friends, and bringing people together around really good food.

Today, we’re the husband-and-wife team behind Fork Yeah!, cooking low and slow over oak, making our sides in small batches, and serving everything from our permitted home kitchen under Riverside County’s MHKO program.

We’re intentionally small. That means limited batches, hands-on cooking, and a lot more attention to every brisket, rack of ribs, tray of mac & cheese, and order that goes out the door.

No shortcuts. No mass production. Just real smoke, good ingredients, and BBQ we’re proud to put our name on.
